I’m more than happy to endorse the Solid Kitchen & Bath for their recent remodel of my small primary bathroom. I’d previously had a guest bath remodeled by a different vendor over the pandemic, and while it turned out well it was a painful experience to say the least. This time around, I wanted to be more selective in choosing the right contractor so I spoke with several companies. From the very first conversation with Pavel, his passion for customer obsession was apparent. He was helpful and patient with me while I explored several different options before settling on a final design, and he was transparent in providing pricing information, timelines, and resources. Pavel stayed on top of things and communicated with me throughout the process. The various workers were professional and did what they needed to do when they needed to do it. The end result is fantastic and it took less time to complete than I anticipated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Solid Centre again for other projects!

He also offered helpful solutions/alternatives as we planned out different elements. You know how you hire a contractor and then hope they show up and actually get the job done? Well, with Solid Kitchen & Bath you do not need to worry! Pavel worked closely with me every step of the way – from spending as much time as I needed going over every step of my bathroom remodel, to the supplies I needed to purchase (previewing everything in advance to make sure I was getting the correct items), to coming through on the timeline as promised.And – the workmanship is beautiful! Pavel and crew were super careful while working in my home. They laid down floor covering and placed plastic sheets over my furniture to help control the unavoidable dust situation. They cleaned up daily, ensuring I could still get in and out as needed. All garbage was disposed of, as promised.
I can honestly say without hesitation I would highly recommend Solid Centre for your remodeling jobs. Pavel prides himself on communication and stands by his word. Work is done as promised and on time. The workmanship is excellent. I am so glad I chose Solid Centre for my bathroom renovation. I now have the beautiful bathroom I always dreamed of.
